PRICING & PACKAGES:

ORGANIZING/DECLUTTERING

In-Person

  • 3-hour session - $225

  • 6-hour session - $450

  • Package Deals:

    • 24 hours - $1,730 ($70 savings)

    • 36 hours - $2,520 ($180 savings)

Virtual

  • 1-hour session via phone or video chat - $75

    INTERIOR DESIGN SOLUTIONS

  • $100 / Hour

    HOME STAGING

  • Complete Staging - $85 / Hour

  • Consultation (small to medium size homes) - $340 - 4 hours divided into two sessions

  • Consultation (larger homes) - $510 to $680 - 6-8 hours divided into 2 session

REFERRAL REWARDS

  • 10% discount for any referral who books a session with SBS (minimum 3 hours)

GENERAL POLICIES:

  • No travel fee for distance within a 10-mile radius of Nipomo (20 miles RT).

  • In-person organizing to be paid on or before day of service by cash, check, or PayPal.

  • Virtual organizing to be paid in advance.

  • Time spent over sessions booked will be charged an hourly rate.

  • Organizing session hours to be used within the same day.

  • Organizing packages to be paid in full after 1st session and are good for 3 months of date purchased.

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellations except in cases of illness or emergency. A fee will be assessed for late cancellations not due to illness or emergency.
